Christian Schiel is a Partner at Deloitte and leads the life science sector team in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory Practice in Central Europe. He supports his customers in redesigning their quality assurance & regulatory affairs functions to become more digital, more preventive and more enabling for the business.

He has led several eQMS, RIMS, and DMS implementation and transformation programs in various European life science organizations. Christian also coordinates Deloitte’s partnership with Generis in the Central European market.

Before his Consulting career Christian worked several years in the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and Asia with a professional focus on risk management and compliance-by-design approaches.
