John is the Founder of JPC Advisory Ltd, a company focussed on consulting, advisory, non-executive director and mentoring in Life Sciences R&D.

Over the last 30+ years, John has held global leadership roles in Life Sciences Technology, Innovation, Consulting and R&D Operations. Most recently, John led the Global R&D Advisory practice at Syneos Health Consulting, delivering organisation and process transformations with technology. Previously John held two CTO and Head of Innovation roles, one at Kinapse and the other at the Genpact Regulatory & PV business. In both roles, John developed and delivered technology enabled services for clients leveraging digital technologies including iBPM, RPA, NLP, NLG and Machine Learning. John has delivered multiple conference and webinar talks on digital innovation in Life Sciences.

John also had an extensive career in Industry, having worked for GSK, Shire, Daiichi-Sankyo and Mundipharma among others, where he held varied business technology roles in Regulatory, R&D operations, R&D IT and IT shared services and outsourcing. John has driven the digital agenda in Life Sciences R&D and is a recognised expert in Regulatory, Clinical and Quality technology and the use of digital technologies.
