Karen Sundstrom Thomson is the Head of Sales at John Snow Labs, an award-winning healthcare AI company. She helps business leaders solve real-world problems in the following verticals: life science, health care, and payer. She has experience in sales & sales leadership, strategy, marketing, technology, data, and analytics at several large organizations, including Oracle, Cerner, McKesson, US Oncology and Abbott Labs. She has also worked for well-known consulting firms Evidera and Kantar Health.

She holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She was the leader and host of 6 podcasts called Let’s Get Real, which paired female life science executives together to discuss topics including negotiating, developing leaders, authenticity, and career progression. She is passionate about mentoring rising stars and continues to seek the elusive hole-in-one.
