As the Director and Head of Global Regulatory Technology at Otsuka, I lead Global Regulatory Technology functional area with a team of professionals, responsible for delivering innovative and compliant technological solutions for the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA). With more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have a proven track record of driving business process improvement, technology strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

My core competencies include regulatory technology operations, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about leveraging my leadership, analytical skills and domain expertise to optimize the core platforms of regulatory technology including document management (EDMS), publishing , RIMS and enhance the quality and efficiency of the regulatory processes by enabling automation. My mission is to support Otsuka’s vision of creating new products for better health worldwide.
